2013 was a least favorable year, with extreme temperatures and abundant rainfall. The grapes were affected and the yield was quite poor, 2 t/ha. The vines were four years old.
Pleasant, fruity nose, savory taste, very well balanced. The after taste is sweet-sour, reminds of a ripped fruit.

The grapes were harvested between the 20th and 25th of September at a sugar level of 210-220 g and were fermented in large inox tanks. For the fermentation process we have used selected yeasts.
Pairs well with pasta, salads or fish.To be served at 8º-10ºC.
