2013 was a least favorable year, with extreme temperatures and abundant rainfall. The grapes were affected and the yield was quite poor, 2 t/ha. The age of the vines was four years.

The grapes were harvested between the 20th and 25th of September at a sugar level of 210-220 g and were fermented in large inox tanks. For the fermentation process we have used selected yeasts.
An excellent gastronomic wine that pairs well with poultry, fish or sea-food.To be served at 8º-10º C.
