Year Characteristics
2013 was a less favourable year with extreme temperatures and abundant in rain. Grapes were affected so that the yield was only 2,2 t/ha. The vines are 4 years old.
Tasting Notes
A very elegant wine, pleasant, exotic fruits smell. Fresh, savory taste, that reminds of yellow apples, pears and peaches.

About the wine making
The grapes were harvested between 20-25th of September, with a sugar level of 210-220 g/l and they were fermented in large inox tanks. For fermentation we used selected yeasts.
Serving tips
Pairs well with vegetables and soft cheese, but also poultry or fish.To be served at 8º-10º C.
