2012 was an extremely dry year, but the fruits were not affected. The grapes were healthy and over all the yield was good for only 3 years old vines, 1,5 t/ha.
Exotic fruits perfume, good acidity that make the wine very fresh. Well ripped apple in the after taste.

The grapes were harvested between the 20th and 25th of September with a sugar level of 210-220 g/l and were fermented in large inox tanks. For fermentation we have used selected yeasts.
It pairs well with fresh cheese, white meat or grilled vegetables. To be served at 8º-10ºC.
