2012 was an extremely dry year, but the fruits were not affected. The grapes were healthy and over all the yield was good for such young vines.
A very intense, full bodied wine, with black currant, cocoa and vanilla flavors.

The grapes were harvested in October, and after the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wines were matured in Romanian oak barrels, medium toast, for 23 months.
It can be enjoyed over more spicy dishes, red meat, mushrooms and aged cheese. To be served at 12º-14ºC.
